for known asthmatics or allergic anamnesis) due to the content of metabisulphite or sodium benzoate. Side effects: headaches, dizziness, peripheral neuropathy, abdominal pain, diarrhea,<br />

flatulence, nausea, vomiting, impairment of renal function including acute and chronic interstitial nephritis and renal insufficiency. Hypersensitivity<br />

reactions such as allergic exanthema, drug fever, pancolitis, lupus erythematosus syndrome, allergic and fibrotic lung reactions (including dyspnoea,<br />

cough, bronchospasm, alveolitis, pulmonary eosinophilia, lung infiltration, pneumonitis), peri- and myocarditis, acute pancreatitis, myalgia, arthralgia,<br />

altered blood counts (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, pancytopenia, neutropenia, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia), changes in liver function<br />

parameters (increase in transaminases and parameters of cholestasis), hepatitis, cholestatic hepatitis, alopecia, oligospermia (reversible).<br />

GENERAL INFORMATION<br />

Certifi cation All participants will receive confi rmation of participation at the<br />

end of the symposium. The symposium will be certifi ed by the<br />

Ärztekammer Nordrhein. An international certifi cation as well as<br />

an endoscopy assistance certifi cation will be arranged.<br />

Free Public Use of public transportation (VRR (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr))<br />

Transportation on both days of the core meeting (February 1-2) will be permitted<br />

free of charge upon presentation of your name tag. This includes<br />

all buses, trams and metros (U- and S-Bahn).<br />

Congress The congress language is German and English with<br />

Language simultaneous translation during the entire meeting.<br />

Furthermore there will be simultaneous translation into Russian.<br />

The satellite symposium for nurses will be held in German only,<br />

the snack with the experts will be held in English only.<br />

Congress Documents Congress documents will be distributed onsite at the registration<br />

desk in the Maritim Hotel. Participants from Germany, Austria<br />

Name Tags For all participants it is mandatory to wear the name tag visible.<br />

Liability The congress organizer will bear no liability for loss, accident,<br />

damage or injury to persons or property irrespective of the<br />

cause. The client participates at all sessions, tours and events at<br />
