LA-CO ® “M-A” FLUX LIQUID
Developed for fast fluxing action on stainless steel, M-A Flux is excellent for
projects on stainless gutters and roofs, among many other applications. It
contains no zinc chloride and it will not cause progressive corrosion on

Gas Seal is a hard setting anaerobic adhesive for the sealing of either parallel
or tapered threaded fittings. It has a middle/high degree of mechanical
resistance to unscrewing.
Gas Seal is suitable for use with the following media; Natural gas, Town gas,

SILICON SEALING TAPE is a synthetic fibre tape thermally stabilized soaked

FACOT HEMP is mechanically combed flax fibre used for sealing threaded
plumbing fittings for hot water, cold water drinking water, heating, steam or
methane.
It is not suitable for GPL and fuels.
FACOT HEMP is made from 100 % top quality EXTRA. And can be used with
sealant confirming to UNI EN 751/2
Application Instructions
Apply a little on standard hydraulic fittings following the direction of rotation
of the thread, followed by a thin layer of an appropriate soft setting
thread sealant paste that is suitable for the application.

REX PAN SEAL STRIP
Rex Pan Seal Strips are a quick easy way to seal P or S traps. They form a gas,
odour & water tight seal whilst remaining flexible & adhesive.
Rex Pan Seal Strips will not harden or deteriorate and will adjust to movement
due to contraction, expansion & settling of floors and walls.
To install Pan Seal strips, the Pan Seal Strip must be at least 20°C to ensure
proper flow of the wax. Thoroughly remove ALL old sealing material and
clean the PVC or cast iron collar.
Remove the plastic packaging from the strip, wrap the strip around the pipe
and pack & mold the strip into the gap. Make sure the Pan Seal Strip conforms
to ALL surfaces for a tight seal.
