FACOT GAS SEAL
Gas Seal is a hard setting anaerobic adhesive for the sealing of either parallel
or tapered threaded fittings. It has a middle/high degree of mechanical
resistance to unscrewing.
Gas Seal is suitable for use with the following media; Natural gas, Town gas,
LPG, TLPG, Propane, methane, Butane, hot and cold water, steam, hydrocarbons,
oils and some other chemicals
Gas Seal can be used with the following materials; steel, stainless steel, brass.
Gas Seal can also be used with PVC, cPVC and ABS plastic after the application
of ACTIV-SEAL spray activator.

FACOT SILICON SEALING TAPE
SILICON SEALING TAPE is a synthetic fibre tape thermally stabilized soaked
with soft setting putty. It is used to seal hydraulic threaded pipe-fittings of
every diameter and material, with the common gases and also with drinking
and heating water.
Features and Benefits
It is quick & easy to apply in a similar manner to normal thread tape
When applied in accordance with the instructions, the joint can be backed
off if required to adjust pipe runs (unlike anaerobic sealants). The joints are
easy to disassemble after many years
In fact, it does not change the smell or the flavour and clearness of the water.
It is suitable for both conical and parallel threads.
It is resistant to vibrations close to pumps
Is approved by the AGA for Class III gases
Can be used with water; up to 7 bar at 130°C, up to 16 bar at 95°C
