WHO IS ELIGIBLE<br />

You are eligible to participate in the <strong>Toll</strong> <strong>Brothers</strong> benefits program if you are an employee<br />

who is regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Your dependents are also<br />

eligible to receive certain benefits if they are:<br />
