Public Events at Tate Modern and has taught in various universities<br />
including Goldsmiths’ College and the Royal College of Art.<br />
James Heartfield writes and lectures on cultural regeneration<br />
and European policy-making. He is based at Westminster<br />
University's Centre for the Study of Democracy, and can be<br />
contacted at Heartfield@blueyonder.co.uk.<br />
Munira Mirza writes and broadcasts on issues related to multiculturalism,<br />
cultural identity and urban regeneration. She is an<br />
arts consultant for the London East Research Institute and is<br />
currently working on her PhD at the University of Kent. In 2005<br />
she presented The Business of Race, a series for BBC Radio Four on<br />
race and diversity.<br />
Professor Sara Selwood is head of Cultural Policy and<br />
Management at City University. She edited the anthology, The UK<br />
Cultural Sector: Profile and Policy Issues (PSI, 2001) and is<br />
currently working on a guide to the UK cultural framework. Sara<br />
edits Cultural Trends, a journal which champions the need for<br />
better statistical information on the cultural sector.
