ALME AG has distinguished itself in the international marketplace since
1984. This Swiss company proves its capabilities day in, day out with its

As a vendor, we are also a team player. In close cooperation with
our customers, we manufacture piece parts as well as assemblies.
Moreover, our know-how contributes much to finding economic
solutions for our customers.
Our experience in all process operations makes us the ideal supplier for companies
active in the printing press industry, mechanical engineering, chemistry, engineering
centers, automotive engineering, the semi-conductor industry, and others. Whether we
manufacture piece parts on the basis of customer specifications or contribute with our
consulting services to optimizations depends on the specific requirements involved.
In all production steps, quality and precision are our top priority. Top-level workmanship
and uncompromising process management are prerequisites for achieving the
success our customers want. We understand our role as being an important wheel
in a complex mechanism. Our in-house controlling department ensures that also the
quality of volume-manufactured products shipped from our production site in Aadorf,
Switzerland will leave nothing to be desired. This is the only way we can satisfy our

Our assembly shop produces finished components which offer
unparalleled service in a wide variety of applications. The focus
is on the mechanics. We build, set, adjust, align, and measure –
all in the zero-tolerance range.
The main customers of our products and services in this field are partners from the printing
industry, institutes (Paul Scherrer Institut), shipbuilding, and mechanical engineering.
The specialists of ALME AG are always available to you – no matter in which particular
phase they are involved in your process (pre-assembly, assembly during manufacturing,
final assembly). The high process reliability and quality requirements involved do not
allow any compromises. High precision, as is for example demanded in gyrocompass technology,
is our top priority.
Our services go far beyond the mere construction of assemblies, be they prototypes
or quantity-produced. Packaging solutions, optimized logistics, sourcing and materials
management round off our complete range of assembly services.

PRINTING INDUSTRY. BRILLIANT TECHNOLOGY.
The global printing industry rolls out new highlights every year. Faster,
more precise, less expensive. With our mechanical main components, we
make a substantial contribution to today‘s brilliant printing technology
– especially in the field of digital printing.
Our partners include leading manufacturers of digital printing machines. Our main specialty
in this area is the development and construction of components for digital printing
machines and black-and-white toner printers (high speed). We are involved at an early
stage in the development processes of our partners, who benefit from the vast expertise
and experience of the ALME specialists.
For over 15 years, we have produced individual high-precision printing rollers, printing
heads, and feed units. Our strengths are printing, toner boxes, digital press, and BID
production technologies. Fine-tuning of processes during production and the high added
value we achieve make us a very competitive partner in terms of price and quality standards.
The entire production process takes place at ALME.

attention also on control engineering, automation, supply, and onward conveying.

In addition to individual special-purpose machines, we also design and construct edging
and cable jacketing equipment.
