12. Review and Update
The Master Plan will be reviewed after the Department of the Environment (NI) make a determination on the review of the form
of the Planning Agreement, currently underway. The Master Plan will be amended to reflect any changes in the Planning
Agreement. Thereafter, the Master Plan will be reviewed and updated annually, to take account of changes in market forecasts
and Company strategic objectives.
13. Consultation
We are aware of the value of consultation and maintain a policy of openness to encourage and facilitate discussions with all
of our ‘stakeholders’. In addition, the Company is engaged in a pro-active and continuous programme of dialogue with elected
informal networks to consult with all our ‘stakeholders’ on the future development of Belfast City Airport.
We welcome any comments you may have in respect of this Master Plan. If you have any comments or questions on any aspect
