massive ellipticals, & thus distribution of (proto)clusters<br />
to achieve this we understand that<br />
• powerful AGN at low-z reside at the centres of massive<br />
ellipticals<br />
and assume that<br />
• powerful high-z AGN are hosted in the progenitors of<br />
massive present-day ellipticals, which form towards the<br />
centre of (proto)clusters
