The inclined belt
conveyor GK-80
is equipped with a
receiving hopper and
it has cross slats on
the belt. Along the belt
run fixed side rails to
guide the transported
goods.
With these aids it can
lift all sorts of bulk and
solid material to the
required height.
Made of coated steel profiles, the frame has perforations of 9 mm diameter at 30 mm intervals.
Therefore additional accessories can be added very easily.
The height of the slats on the belt and their distance to each other can be adapted to suit almost
any specific application.
The standard height of the side rails is 35 mm. Higher versions are possible upon request.
The hopper exists in a small and a large standard version. Both are equipped with a fall back
flap to avoid any material falling back through the hopper.
Configurations no longer than 2.000 mm and no wider than 400 mm can be mounted on one
H-shaped single column support that is movable on security casters with brakes. All longer or
wider conveyors should have the appropriate amount of double supports.
The short support near the hopper can be equipped with small caster to make any change of
location quite simple.
All supports are pivotable and infinitely adjustable in height.
