Coil coating or pre-painting is the process where large<br />
metal coils are coated in a continuous, highly automated process<br />
prior to final fabrication steps. Benefits are multiple.<br />
Painting metal ‘in the flat’ provides a uniform, smooth paint layer.<br />
Cleaning, pre-treatment and paint application are optimal in coil<br />
coating facility environments leading to an unquestionable<br />
advantage in durability and sustainability.<br />
