2.1 Elite training programmes<br />

Once you have mastered the basics, we continue your training<br />

by inviting you to participate in a wide range of facilitated<br />

2.2 Employee Surveys<br />

We conduct regular employee surveys to gauge staff satisfaction<br />

levels and provide an opportunity for staff members to give<br />

honest, open feedback so that we can continue to be an industry<br />

employer of choice.<br />

When the latest survey results were benchmarked against<br />

leading professional service organisations such as KPMG,<br />

PricewaterhouseCoopers and Reuters, Robert Half exceeded the<br />

benchmark in all categories surveyed which included recognition,<br />

culture, performance management, interpersonal style of<br />

management, interpersonal climate, employee-management<br />

communication, work support and cross-functional collaboration.<br />

2.3 Mentor Programme<br />

The Robert Half Mentor Programme provides a unique learning<br />

experience for existing employees and senior consultants or<br />

managers to exchange knowledge and resources and accelerate<br />

the development of skills and positive behaviours.<br />

This programme is run every quarter, when ‘mentees’ are<br />

identified and partnered with ‘mentors’. This gives the<br />

mentee access to knowledge from an established senior<br />

consultant or manager and allows the mentor to build on their<br />

communication, coaching, management and leadership skills.<br />
