First Lady Shriners International<br />
Margaret Ann Cinotto is the wife of Imperial<br />
Potentate John Cinotto. She is a member of the<br />
Mascari family, which is known as the “First<br />
Italian Family” of Indianapolis.<br />
A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Margaret attended<br />
St Patrick’s Elementary, Southport High School and IUPUI<br />
(Indiana University-Purdue University – Indianapolis).<br />
Margaret established her own business, Design Performance<br />
Inc., a material broker firm. The company, recognized<br />
as a Women’s Business Enterprise, provides construction<br />
and other materials for commercial properties.<br />
The items range from drywall to spas. Margaret has also<br />
worked in accounting, and she and John are also manufacturers’<br />
representatives for acoustical equipment.<br />
A cancer survivor, Margaret supports the research<br />
efforts of Shriners Hospitals for Children, especially the<br />
program’s goals of increasing medical knowledge and<br />
improving the quality of life for people everywhere.<br />
Margaret’s program as First Lady of Shriners International<br />
will support the health care system’s movement analysis<br />
laboratories.<br />

In addition to running her business, Margaret keeps<br />
a compassionate and watchful eye on relatives, making<br />
sure they are safe and well-cared for. In her spare time,<br />
Margaret enjoys shopping, reading, drawing, art and word<br />
games.<br />
She is a member of Daughters of the Nile, Ladies of<br />
the Oriental Shrine of North America and Shrine Guild of<br />
America.<br />
Margaret and John have been married for 30 years.<br />
They have three children - Jeff, Deana and Greg - six<br />
grandchildren, and two miniature schnauzers.<br />
First Lady Margaret’s program, “The Magic of Movement,”<br />
will support Shriners Hospitals for Children’s commitment<br />
to providing the services of movement analysis.<br />
Funds will be used to help ensure our movement analysis<br />
labs have the best possible equipment, and to aid in any<br />
changes or expansions of these facilities. Learn more and<br />
