Dear Business Professional:<br />
<strong>Call</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Auction</strong> <strong>Items</strong><br />
The <strong>Murat</strong> <strong>Shrine</strong>rs Business Connection, affiliated with <strong>Murat</strong> <strong>Shrine</strong>rs in<br />
Indianapolis, cordially requests that you consider donating one or more items to<br />
be sold at this year's Scholarship <strong>Auction</strong>.<br />
Proceeds provide college scholarships, awarded by the <strong>Murat</strong> <strong>Shrine</strong>rs Business<br />
Connection, to past and present patients of the <strong>Shrine</strong>r's Hospitals sponsored<br />
through <strong>Murat</strong> <strong>Shrine</strong>rs. We currently are seeking donations and have listed<br />
examples of typical items on the back of this letter. Silent and live auctions will<br />
take place, managed by Christy's of Indiana.<br />
Please consider a donation, sponsorship, and/or attending. _____________,<br />
your <strong>Shrine</strong>r contact, can provide any details needed or answer any questions you<br />
may have: ___________ or ___________. If you cannot bring the items<br />
yourself, we can retrieve and store the items <strong>for</strong> you. Mr. Chris Schaler of<br />
Selective Systems, Inc. (317) 783-0077, is coordinating all donations.<br />
We expect approximately 200 local business owners and guests to attend, view,<br />
and bid on your donation. Your name and business will receive proper<br />
recognition in the Program that we will present to all attendees at the <strong>Auction</strong>.<br />
The silent auction will commence at 6:00 pm in the Arabian Room at the <strong>Murat</strong><br />
<strong>Shrine</strong> Club on Saturday, November 15, 2008. Dinner, served by Oasis Events, is<br />
at 6:45 pm and introduction of this year’s class of Scholarship Recipients will<br />
immediately follow dinner, be<strong>for</strong>e the live auction.<br />
We cordially invite you and your guests to attend this gala event. You may<br />
purchase tables of eight <strong>for</strong> $380 or individual tickets <strong>for</strong> $47.50 each from your<br />
<strong>Shrine</strong>r Contact or from Michael Bertrand, Comcast Cable, at (317) 450-2172.<br />
