JEAN CARIKER (CA) – raised in Weatherford, Oklahoma,
she attended Southwestern State Oklahoma University. She
has joined the Steve Craven team as a buyer’s agent. Jean
and her husband Tom reside in Carrollton with their two
daughters, Lindsey, age 17 and Courtney, age 15. She can

BRANDY CLARK (VR) – a member of our company staff for
three years, she has transferred to the Janine Phillips team
as a licensed assistant. Originally from Midlothian, Texas,

KAREN LEE (CA) – transfers from a RE/MAX office in
Atlanta, Georgia where she worked in residential sales with

DON THOMAS (CO) – originally from Colorado City, Texas,
he attended the University of North Texas and has lived in
the Dallas area for 38 years. Joining the Lane Paschal team,
he is new to real estate, but not new to sales. Don has an
extensive background in sales management in the
technology and information industries. He and his wife Karen

‘Till We Meet Again
CECILLIA NEWTON (CA) – she joined our firm just 1 1/2
years ago, transferring from a successful career in teaching
and education administration. She earned her success
in real estate and was well respected by her peers
and clients. However, she decided to return to her teaching
career and has joined the Frisco ISD. We will miss
her, although she will always be a part of our
RE/MAX family.

approximately 160 agents attended various educational classes
during the month, including the MCE Contracts class, the RE/MAX
“Agents in Action” Series classes and various focus groups.

• Cyndi Cook, our Marketing Director, reports that nearly 40
agents utilized the Desktop Services program in June.
• Brenda Featherston, our Company’s Vice-President, reports
that approximately 1200 hits (about 6 hits per agent) were
recorded in June for “My Realty Tools”, allowing the agents
access to contract forms, MLS and various other software
programs anywhere in the world.
