Linda Phillips—Ten Year Anniversary<br />

Linda Phillips celebrates ten years with our<br />

company this month. She began as the listing<br />

coordinator, and today she is our Company<br />

Assistant Administrator. Originally from<br />

Waterloo, Illinois, she and her husband Dave<br />

and young son Brett moved to Coppell with<br />

Dave’s transfer. Her son Brett is now 23,<br />

married and lives in Atlanta. Her hobbies include<br />

cross-stitching and shopping antique malls and flea markets.<br />

The family is active at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Coppell. It<br />

is hard to imagine the last ten years without Linda Phillips. She<br />

continues to be dedicated and committed to the success of<br />

every agent and the company. What a blessing she has been to<br />

all of us.<br />

Flower Mound was a rural ranching community far away from the<br />

Dallas hubbub just a few short years ago. Today, it is one of the fastest<br />

growing suburbs in the Metroplex with a population of approximately<br />

55,000. The city averages over 1,200 building permits annually for<br />

upscale single family homes, ranging from $175,000 to well over $1<br />

million. Flower Mound’s new FM 2499 that connects to Hwy 121 and I-<br />

635 is the new gateway, with large commercial and industrial office<br />

parks under development along with this exploding corridor. It is<br />

expected that Flower Mound will have a population of 125,000 by 2010,<br />

Serving as the Assistant Administrator in our<br />

Carrollton office. Tonya Lindsey has been with<br />

our company for three and one half years. She<br />

began as the Listing Coordinator in Coppell and<br />

transferred to Carrollton almost two years ago. A<br />

graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington<br />

with a BA in Psychology, Tonya is now pursuing<br />

her masters degree. She is an avid runner and<br />

enjoys softball, fitness and reading. Always with a smile on her<br />

face, Tonya continues to do a wonderful job and has been such<br />

a strength within the staff.<br />
