These policies and procedures are written as instructions and guidelines to give the staff at
Smiles are Free Enrichment Center consistent, efficient and equitable personnel
management. These regulations do not cover every area of concern or question. Whenever
necessary, other regulations will be prepared and /or the present ones will be revised as
authorized by S.A.F.E. Management. A copy of this Employee Handbook is available on our
website and can be downloaded from our employment page at www.thesafecenter.net
under the Information Center and at each of our designated locations. A sign copy of this
page will be placed in each employees file.
