Ashton Woods Readies Homes in
Amenity-Rich Lakes of Bella Terra
Acclaimed schools, plentiful amenities and move-in ready
homes are Ashton Woods’ perfect recipe for a happy new home
buyer in the Lakes of Bella Terra.
Ashton Woods has two versions of the popular
Addison plan ready now in the Richmond community,
with several other designs slated for completion in June.
The Addison plan at 11406 Via Verdone is a 1.5-story
home with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an upstairs game
room. The kitchen and family room combine to create an expansive

Ashton Woods has completed a one-story Addison design
at 11523 Carisio Court. The 2,215-square-foot home has hardwood
floors in the dining room and ceramic tile throughout the
other living areas. Each of the bathroom features granite countertops
and the kitchen has upgraded cabinetry. The three-bedroom,
2.5-bath home is priced in the $240’s.
Under construction is a replica of Ashton Woods’
model in the community, the Chapman design. Located at
11602 Carisio Court, the home has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths
within 2,954 square feet. A focal point of the home is the kitchen
island, which divides the kitchen and family room. The home is
priced in the low $300’s.
Also expected to be complete in June is Ashton Woods’
Bristol design at 11515 Carisio Court. The 2,901-square-foot
home features four bedrooms and three full baths, with one bedroom
and bath configured as a guest suite suite. The home is
priced in the $280’s.
All four homes are within walking distance of Hubenak
Elementary, one of four schools in the highly regarded Lamar
Consolidated ISD that serve students in the Lakes of Bella
Terra. Lamar boasts a student-to-teacher ratio of just 16 to 1,
and teachers at the district’s 36 campuses have an average of 11
years experience. Nearly 20 percent hold advanced degrees.
Other schools serving Lakes of Bella Terra are Wertheimer
Middle School, Briscoe Junior High School and Foster High
School, all of which are located in a multi-school campus about
five minutes from Lakes of Bella Terra.
