a. Heading Structures<br />
Heading structure, one of the most important aspects of a webpage, was a<br />
particular issue for the majority of states. Screen reader software reads heading<br />
structures, which allows users to jump from one heading to the next depending<br />
on what they want to read. Headings therefore not only allow users to navigate<br />
more quickly, but also provide blind users with a hierarchical representation of a<br />
page’s content. The Center for Accessible Technology reports that many people<br />
who use screen readers rate heading structure as the most critical component of<br />
a website.<br />
