American Whiskey, 3 years, Madison,
Wisconsin, 40% vol.
This is a classic American corn-mash whiskey
made by Yahara Bay Distillers in Madison. Our
American Whiskey is full-bodied and sweet, with
heavy notes of hardwoods, molasses, and aged
vanilla. This whiskey is then perfected by aging
it for 3 years in new American white oak casks.
Rye Whiskey, 18 months, Madison,
Wisconsin, 40% vol.
VOM FASS Rye Whiskey is spicy, sweet,
and smooth. Neat, straight up, or in a classic
Manhattan, there’s no wrong way to enjoy this
whiskey. You will absolutely love the versatility of
this whiskey as soon as it touches your lips. Our
Rye Whiskey is given its signature taste by aging
for 18 months in American white oak. Made at
Yahara Bay Distillers in Madison, Wisconsin.
American Bourbon Whiskey, Madison,
Wisconsin, 40% vol.
This artisan-distilled bourbon is a fine
combination of Yahara Bay’s American Whiskey
and carefully selected Kentucky bourbons that
have been artfully blended. It is then matured for
up to another two years in new, charred southern
oak barrels. VOM FASS American Bourbon
Whiskey offers lovely, radiant flavors and a fine,
traditional finish. Try sipping this unique blend on
its own or in your favorite whiskey cocktail.
