river, many of which were
only obtainable through
abseiling. The Canyoning
was led by a local guide
from Evolution2 who was
great in encouraging the
less confident members of
the group.
Collectively agreed to be
one of the most challenging
Adventurous Training trips
to experience, everybody
had their own personal
battle to overcome as we
were pushed to our physical
and mental limits. We had
a brilliant experience in
doing so.

handle on this fear and I’m not so scared of them
anymore. It’s something I can take away with me
into the workplace and use in operations.”
