Adults can parcipate in acvies for free if chosen to assist<br />
with transportaon.<br />
Designed for Scouts at least 14 years of age at the me<br />
of camp and will be required to pass a swim test. (We<br />
will accept Scouts that are 13 and have finished 8 th<br />
grade)<br />
Cost is $350 or $375 aer May 8 for special programs,<br />
transportaon and addional materials.<br />
All food, admission and other costs included.<br />
Includes camp fee.<br />
5 parcipants must be signed up prior to your week of<br />
camp to hold the program and must sign up one week<br />
before camp.<br />
Acvies;<br />
Monday and Tuesday<br />
Ocklawaha River Experience – Scouts will travel to the<br />
Ocklawaha River for an overnight canoeing experience on a beauful wild river<br />
Wednesday<br />
Gainesville Rock Gym – Climb indoors at a state of the art facility<br />
Canyons Zip Line—Travel to Ocala for this excing program<br />
Thursday<br />
Kayaking on the Gulf – parcipants will travel to beauful Cedar<br />
Key, Florida and will kayak to an island in the Gulf of Mexico.<br />
Friday<br />
Travel to St. Augusne and visit Ripley’s Believe it or Not.<br />
River Quest - An excing program that begins and ends at St.<br />
Johns River Base at Echockotee. Send your troop to Camp Shands<br />
and the older Scouts to the North Florida Council’s second property<br />
for an epic trip on our specially designed ra up the river for more<br />
