All the conditions for Half-Colours must be<br />
met <strong>and</strong> in addition, the c<strong>and</strong>idate must be<br />
placed in the top four for two years in a row in<br />
the Mashonal<strong>and</strong> Pairs competition,<br />
cumulative since the beginning of L6.<br />
