Providence Tower, New Providence Wharf, London E14
Genesis is continuing to build new homes
and bring much needed housing to
London and the South East. Located to
the east of Canary Wharf, Providence
Tower in Docklands is one of the tallest
residential towers in London. The
development boasts incredible views of
the City and the River Thames, along with
station on the Jubilee and DLR lines and

Hidden River Festival is another smash hit
Over 2,000 people enjoyed a glorious
day of music, comedy, dancing and
food at the Hidden River Festival in
Woodberry Down in September.
Now in its third year, the Festival is
a celebration of the New River, which
runs through the area and was built
400 years ago to supply fresh water to
the City of London, and also its breathtaking
reservoirs, which were saved for
community use 30 years ago thanks to a
resident-led campaign.
The Festival was organised by funders
including Genesis partner, the Manor
is a great opportunity for long standing
residents and newer members of
the community to come together to
celebrate the diversity of the area and to
enjoy a range of talented local musicians,
arts and crafts traders, delicious food
stalls and cultural activities including
performances from Year 10 students
from Skinners Academy, swing dance
walls, Hackney Empire stories, art
workshops, a ceilidh band, a clown lab
and even canoeing along the New River!
