Sports Logos 1.1
ACS International Schools have created a distinct family of logos to unify our individual campus sports
programmes: ACS Cobham Cougars, ACS Egham Jaguars, ACS Hillingdon Hawks and ACS Doha Dolphins.
The powerful combination and association of school-specific colours, team names, and mascot graphics
draws from an ACS sporting tradition forged over many decades of international competition. Our team
logos and individual kit designs are an integral part of who we are and how we are perceived, and are
central to showcasing a strong school character both internally and externally.
Each logo and logotype is available as composite elements either from the ACS Egham Athletic Director
(see page 3.1), directly off our website at www.acs-schools.com/brandguidelines, if you have the required
password, or from Forum, if you are an ACS community member. Please do not modify any of these
elements and logos, or design new ones. If an exceptional application should present itself, please contact
the ACS Egham Athletic Director who in turn will liaise with the ACS Group Communications Manager
(see page 3.1) to establish clarification.
The following section outlines the technical specifications on how to apply the various elements that make
up each sports logo, and how each logo is incorporated into specific sports kit designs. The specific sports
kits illustrated are representative only, and are only used to facilitate precise logo element placement.
The basic garment types remain fairly constant (rugby shirts, polo shirts etc), while the individual kit
designs (including colour usage and pattern) evolve regularly. Any and all sports kit design modifications
or introductions must be approved by the Athletic Director and the Group Communications Manager.

Important note: Background colours for sports kit and sports merchandise must be either white, navy,
ACS Egham Gold or ACS Gray (see pages 2.2 for details).

Elements
A number of elements make up the
complete school logo – the team
name, team animal, school name,
country and in some instances the
sport type itself. All these elements
do NOT have to be used together
all the time but when they are, they
must be used in the approved way,
please see page 1.5.
A: Team name
The team name, Jaguars, is a
graphic and the appropriate files
must therefore be provided to your
merchandise supplier. Under no
circumstances should the team
name be recreated. The team colour
is the primary ACS Egham colour
(see page 2.2), with Pantone 289
as the shadow colour.
B: Team animal
Each school animal has been
redesigned to bring consistency
to the school sports teams, and
only the animals shown within
these guidelines may be used.

is treated as a graphic, and files are
held by the ACS Egham Athletic
Director (see page 3.1). This appears
in blue on a white background and
in white on a blue background.

E: Sport type
The sport type, ie TENNIS is also
a graphic, and files in white and

Sports Logos
The ACS Egham sports logo must
follow the relationship between
school name, team name and logo
as shown on this page. For all
other formats please contact the
ACS Egham Athletic Director
(see page 3.1).
Minimum Sizes
Minium sizes must be duly noted:
A & B: For printing onto textiles
When printing onto textiles the
absolute minimum size for the
Jaguar copy is 70mm from each side.
If used without the word Jaguar,
use the Jaguar logo at no less
than 66mm.
The minimum size shown may
actually be too small for certain
textiles. In these cases please seek
advice directly from the
manufacturer, and then discuss
with the Group Communications
Manager (see page 3.1).

The colours for the school-specific sports team logos are the
ACS Sports Colours (see page 2.2). In addition a Pantone Blue
must be used on all logo copy, when the base textile colour is
white. This does not apply to the team name, ie Jaguar, which is
in the campus-specific Sports Colours.

Embroidery thread - please consult your supplier to find the closest
match to the Pantone colour

Colour 2.1
Colour ACS International Schools use a specific range of colours to highlight
the individuality of our campus sports programmes: Kelly Green
for ACS Cobham, Gold for ACS Egham, and Sky Blue for
ACS Hillingdon, and ACS Gray for the coaching staff with
campus-specific colour highlights.
This colour palette is designed to enhance the overall ACS visual
impact, and further reinforces the quality and standards inherent in
each campus.
The following section outlines the technical details for correct colour
usage on ACS Egham sports kit.
