Thank you! for spending 2015 with us and for your continued<br />
commitment to the values of organized dentistry. CDA sent 2016 renewal<br />
statements mid-December via email and snail mail. IF you haven’t<br />
already, there’s still time to renew before that $100 reinstatement fee kicks in (3/31/16). If you’re not sure about why you should<br />
renew and need reassurance of member benefits and the power of organized dentistry or if you are experiencing particular financial<br />

renewal, dues payment, and/or enrollment in the EDP program are available 24/7 online at www.cda.org/member IF you run into<br />

It’s Easy & Spreads Dues Payment Over 12 Months<br />
If you overlooked EDP for 2015 dues and are wondering what the commotion was about… it has been<br />
and is about the Electronic Dues Payment ( EDP) program; i.e., distributing your annual tripartite dues<br />
payment equally over the remaining months of this year, effortlessly and interest-free. Clarification:<br />
there is an annual $12 processing fee for participation in the EDP program divided equally across your<br />
monthly payments. If you were on the EDP program in 2015, it automatically renewed your<br />
membership for 2016. If you would like to change your banking information, you need to complete<br />
the 2016 EDP Form.<br />
As 2015 comes to a close, it seems fitting to acknowledge the<br />
organizations and individuals who have generously supported our<br />
events, programs, and interests over the last year. While we appreciate<br />
