Runs remain the main reason for<br />
the club and with 33 runs last year<br />
we’re doing a good job putting them<br />
on.<br />
HAPPY NEW YEAR! We put 2015 to<br />
bed with another great Christmas Party<br />
and Hayride. A wonderful job was<br />
done by Debbie and Keith Garrison on<br />
the party and Charlotte Renna on the<br />
hayride. Also, thanks Keith (along with<br />
Patrick Garrahan’s help) for the ride<br />
portion of the hayride.<br />
My first year as President is done and<br />
with the assistance of a terrific board<br />
it was a good year for the club. With<br />
some loses and some gains our<br />
membership remained steady at 89.<br />
Two years ago we were at 78 so we<br />
are up by 14 percent. Attendance at<br />
meetings remains at a high level<br />
which indicates the interest the<br />
members have in the club.<br />
You may have noticed that at the<br />
December meeting we gave the<br />
waitress, Claudia, who has served us<br />
so well at the meetings a card. It<br />
expressed our appreciation for her<br />
great service and included a $50<br />
VISA gift card.<br />
This is a short letter as I have to go<br />
lock myself in a room and start<br />
working on this year’s Mystery Run,<br />
which is still a mystery to me. HELP!<br />
