President’s message
Happy New Year to all our Central Valley Corvette members.
I am looking forward to being your president in 2024 and welcome our new and returning board
members. Thank you for stepping up to help run this wonderful club.
I also say Thank you to our outgoing board members, Jasmine and Julie for a job well done. And let’s not
forget the members who organized our Christmas Banquet and more recently the Ladies High Tea and
men’s K1 Go Kart Racing event. These events are what make being part of this organization so much fun.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends, a safe and sane New Year’s
celebration, and are ready to have an exciting 2024.
A note to all members that we need your input and, your ideas for runs throughout the coming year.
Our primary focus is to keep having fun enjoying our Corvettes and the friendships we have made by
joining this club. Please contact our VP of Activities, Gary, with any ideas you may have.
Let’s keep our members who are unable to attend meetings and activities due to health issues in our
thoughts and prayers. Hopefully they will be back with their CVC “family” in 2024.
And so, we begin a new year with new hopes and dreams. Let’s make it happen.
Your President,
Lynne

We had a wonderful Christmas celebraon with long me friends , Keith & Debbie
Garrison, Patrick & Patricia Garrahan , Chuck & Linda Laningham , and Don &
Connie Olsen . We added Bob Peluso as a bonus. Most of us are the remaining
Charter members of CVC . We were missing Skip Garrison . We have all been
friends and members of CVC for over 30 years. Keith was with Joe & I when the
first by laws were writen . Don & Connie put on our very first run. They lead us up
to Shaver for lunch. Before we headed for home we got a light snow on our
corvetes. Of course we talked about our many CVC memories we all share . If you
have ever sat at my table , you know I always say , it’s not about what is on the
table , but who is sing around it. I hope you all form long standing friendships as
we have & stay a part of our Corvete family.
