My mom, sister, brother, and I was invited to a Haitian<br />
party in the summer for one of her friends at work. I didn't<br />
want to go, but I couldn't stay home because my mom<br />
doesn't trust me having the house to myself. The party was<br />
located all the way in New York City. When we arrived,<br />
there was soo many people gathered drinking and dancing.<br />
I walked away from my family to find myself something to<br />
eat and drink inside the house.. I found some doritos and<br />
candy sitting on the table patiently waiting for me to eat it.<br />
Afterwards, I found a bowl full of a milky looking<br />
substance. Not knowing what it was I poured me a cup of it.<br />
The drink itself was sweet and tasted very good to me.<br />
It tickled my sweet tooth. I took the drink out the house to<br />
go look for my mom and the rest of the family. I started<br />
feeling different and while walking it felt like I was<br />
floating. I started laughing at everything little thing I saw.<br />
I almost tripped over a wire while laughing to hard. I found<br />
my family and my mom was looking at me funny.<br />
She asked, ?What are you drinking?<br />
I said laughing, ?I don?t even know to be honest.?<br />
?Put that drink down its kremas it has alcohol in it!?, my<br />
mom said while taking away the drink.<br />
Later that day I came back to reality, enjoyed the rest<br />
of the party, and went home happy that I actually had fun<br />
at the party I didn't want to go to.
