Krystal's Krispy Recipes

A PPETIZER
It was during game night at my church when I first
tried banan peze. It was full of united people, loud music,
and dancing bodies. Events like these only happen once in
awhile to raise money for the church. They were selling a
whole bunch of snacks such as chicken, ice cream, and
chips. I was dancing with my all friends through the night
like there was no tomorrow. I finally took a break to buy
myself a soda. My friends went their separate ways to get
food. While drinking the soda, my stomach seemed to
grumble louder than the blasting music. It felt like I
haven?t ate in a thousand years.
I walked towards my mom to get some money to buy
some food. When I reached her she was eating an
unknown food I never seen or tasted before. As curious, I
asked her what it is and she said, ?banan peze?.
?What is that?? I question.
?It?s fried plantains? she replied.
She gave me one of her fried plantains with a side of
chicken.
?Mhmm delicious?, I said to myself.
The mixture together was delicious. The closer I walked
towards the kitchen the more I could smell the delicious
foods being cooked. I finally reached the kitchen and
bought the plantains. It made my stomach smile with joy.
