Voters…It is all
about the Math!

This column is my personal observation
and opinions on this issue. At the end of it,
I am including actual figures and analysis
from a bi-partisan poll of Hispanic voters
conducted last year. My hope is that it
enlightens many about this issue and
especially that individuals on both sides
begin seeing the issue of immigration
not just as a “number”, but also from the
perspective of the human factor that is
involved. Because within those “millions
of illegals figures”, are human beings from
most of the nations of the world, from
all races and creeds and many of those
undocumented individuals indeed have
US Citizen children, teens, and young
adults that also will be affected, either
positively or negatively, depending on
who ends up running our nation after
November 2016.
The economy, jobs, and national security
surely are the top three issues in the minds
of the majority of the American electorate,
but for those out there that do not think
immigration is an important issue in our
nation, surely the words and actions of
the current candidates on both sides say
otherwise.
Will the Sleeping GIGANTE
Awaken in 2016?
55 million Hispanics currently live in the United States.
In 2012, 23.3 million Hispanics were eligible to vote; 41% DID NOT.
It seems that every time the immigration
issue is brought up, whether on a debate
stage or while a candidate is being
interviewed, there are only two sides to
it, those that are “acting” like they will try
and solve it once and for all and those that
are so hard core about this issue that only
the idiotic “solution” of “Deport them All”
appears to be their answer.

I do believe there are
some people “in the
middle” of these two
sides that truly do
want to find a solution
to an issue that has
been festering since
1986, the last time an
immigration solution
was agreed upon and
put into Law. Of all
people, the standard
bearer of the Conservative Movement at that
time, and a man I admired, signed this bill into
law. It was President Ronald Wilson Reagan.
Today, Conservative candidates and voters bring
Reagan up all the time and love to say “how much
like him they are”, at the same time, they are the
most ardent challengers to finding a common
sense solution on this issue. A solution, that like
Ronald Reagan and the Congress at that time
concluded, had to consider the human aspect
behind the “numbers of undocumented.”
The bottom line is that solving this is NOT “Rocket
Science” and it also involves “economics, jobs,
and national security.” The immigration issue
overall includes all these three things within it
and many different individuals, organizations,
and think tanks, both Liberal and Conservative
ones, have 4 – 5 point plans that would solve it.
Donald Trump is the consummate showman
(a clown may be a better description),
unfortunately, he is an effective showman and
knows exactly which buttons to push. He is
leading in the Republican Party according to
polls. Thankfully, it is still a minority percentage
of the overall Republican voting block. Last year,
as he launched his campaign, he disparaged
immigrants hailing from Mexico. A not so
smart showman I guess, for he must not know
that 64% of the Hispanic immigrants hail from
Mexico.
So what is wrong with his “we’ll deport them
all” way of solving this issue? Can you just
see it? Immigration officers or whatever force
is needed rounding up the estimated 12
million undocumented individuals, of all races,
nationalities, and creeds? How will that be
done? Do we have enough buses, trains, and
airplanes to do such a thing? Will we use the
merchant marine fleet, cruise liners, and other
ships to transport some to Europe, Asia, Africa,
and all the other continents that “the illegal
invaders” (another disparaging term many of his
followers like to use) hail from?
Such a ridiculous “solution” is not only impossible,
it is not what a proud nation of immigrants like
the United States of America will likely conduct.
I am sure him and his followers know that
among the estimated 12 million people that
are here illegally, there are thousands of US
Citizen children, teens and adults. Many of
these children, have never been to the country
their parents hail from. For a group of people
that claim to be all about the “rule of law” (they
use this term to justify their hard core approach
to this issue), are they ok with deporting these
children too or that such families will be forever
broken up?
Should we not be able to come up with a better
solution than that? One that considers that
human aspect behind the numbers?
In June of last year, a bi-partisan poll of Hispanic
voters was conducted for Univision Noticias
by Bendixen & Amandi International and the
Tarrance Group:
Some key results include:
79% of respondents consider Trump’s comments
offensive. Only 18% don’t consider them that
way. As a result, 71% have an unfavorable
opinion of Trump, only 17% have a favorable
opinion, and 12% have no opinion of him. If the
Republican primaries and caucuses were held
then, Trump would receive just 7% of Hispanic
Republicans’ votes, Jeb Bush 38%, Marco Rubio
22%, and Ted Cruz 12%. If presidential elections
were held then, Hillary Clinton would easily beat
Trump among Hispanic voters. She would get
70% of their votes and Trump 16%.
A solid majority of Hispanic voters approve the
decision made by Univision, NBC, Macy’s, and
other entities to break business ties with Trump
over his comments about Mexican immigrants.
74% of respondents agree with that decision
and only 19% disagree.
Here are a few other interesting figures from that
poll, bear in mind, it was taken in June of last
year, but, and this is solely my personal opinion,
the percentages are probably not that much
different:
If the election had taken place at that time:
Hillary Clinton would obtain 64% of the Hispanic
votes and her closest Republican rival, former
Florida Governor Jeb Bush, would receive 27%.
16% of the voters interviewed identify
themselves as being Republicans while 58% say
they are Democrats.
Only 36% have a favorable opinion of the
Republican Party while 52% are favorable
toward the Democratic Party.
The survey allows one to infer that many
Hispanic voters are receptive to ideas from
the aspiring Republicans. For example, 32%

Lo invito
Para este 2016 lo
invito a que se tome
unas vacaciones de
dos días. No debe
gastar miles de
dólares, pero si debe estar preparado
para alejarse del mundo y enfrentarse
con su enemigo número uno y el
exterminador de sus sueños: Usted.
Aléjese de toda tecnología y si es posible
hágalo sin nadie más.
Tranquilo, para este desafío le brindó
el arma más poderosa para ganar esta
batalla: La risa.
En su viaje llénese de las actividades que
lo hagan sonreír, la risa destruye todo lo
malo, no existe poder que la reduzca si
está naciendo y la logra mantener.
Con la risa podrá tener una batalla justa.
Cuando viaje no olvide recordar porque
está allí y cómo va la superación de los
llamados “cuatro miedos de la vida”.
Estos miedos fueron escritos en el
Kalpulli y Temazcal, antigua sabiduría
Tolteca, cultura que nos deja valiosas
filosofías basadas en la reinterpretación
de la mitología mesoamericana y por
lo tanto no estaríamos tan alejados de
este tipo de encuentros con nosotros
mismos, pues hablamos de nuestros
ancestros.
En esta edición que dedico con todo mi
corazón a mis dos sabias abuelas Lucila
y Anadelia, hablaremos de dos de estos
miedos.
MIEDO A LA SOLEDAD
Hay dos opciones que se pueden
considerar:
La primera, que el ego trabaja en hacerte
creer que realmente estás solo, que estás
unido a los demás, con el fin de sentirte
protagonista de la vida y encontrar el
reconocimiento, en todos los niveles que
te imagines.
La segunda opción es que el espíritu
desea que recuerdes que eres parte
de una totalidad. Que tú siempre estás
unido a la energía integradora de Dios,
que se manifiesta en una llama interior
que tú posees, una luz que debes
expandir.
Cuando le das fuerza a esa luz interior,
comienzas a mirar con los ojos de tu
corazón y empiezas a ser consciente de
que siempre tienes compañía. Llegarás
a comprender que la soledad es una
maravillosa oportunidad de la vida
para compartir contigo mismo y en
este momento, empezarán a aparecer
aquellas personas que vibrarán con tu
misma sintonía e intensidad.
MIEDO A LA ENFERMEDAD
La enfermedad es un desequilibrio de tu
estado de conciencia. Cuando empiezas
a sentirte débil, está claro que perdiste
tu fortaleza interior. Enfermedad es una
palabra compuesta del latín “in-firmus”,
que significa “Sin Firmeza”.
Si comienzas a erradicar las auto-culpas,
estarás dejando las cárceles del saboteo
mental y te liberarás de estas ataduras.
El filósofo Platón dijo: “Mente sana en
cuerpo sano”. Piensa positivo respecto
de ti mismo.
La enfermedad se contagia, perjudicando
a otro ser, como se puede contagiar la
salud.
Reconcíliate con el pasado, perdona
íntimamente en tu corazón todos los
sucesos de dolor y llena tu corazón de
alegría, perdón y paz.
Permanece en silencio, porque Dios te
hablará en este espacio de meditación.
El remedio para la enfermedad es el
amor, el amor crea adicción. Conviértete
en un “adicto al amor” ya que nadie
puede otorgar lo que no tiene.
Si hay algo de lo que podemos estar
seguros es que, cuando Dios lo disponga,
partiremos de esta vida, no antes ni
después. Cuando el médico nos da la
primera nalgada para que comencemos
a respirar, se activa la cuenta regresiva;
ese tic-tac que nos indica que vamos
yendo hacia el día que debamos “parar”.
Es por eso que la vida es un constante
“Pre-parar”, es decir, una invitación a
trascender en cada instante vivido, hasta
que llegue tu turno de “parar”.

It’s the comienzo of a new year, and the
future looks bright, if we choose it to
be. When Babushka thinks of future, she
has to think of The Grands. Mis nietos, all
our children, are our collective legacy.
Their health, mental and physical,
their education and their happiness
to pursue whatever their dreams are,
is the bright future BB chooses to see.
Hopefully organizations like the Hispanic
Scholarship Fund and Hispanic CREO
will continue to grow and represent
our children, and their right to quality
education. Organizations like the
National Council of La Raza, LULAC, and
Hispanic Heritage Foundation that deal
with civil rights and prepares them for
leadership, also may they coger fuerza.

me invito a combatir de nuevo.

de Personas de América Central que
Poseen una Orden Final de Deportación

ICE Starts Mass Deportation of
Individuals from Central America that
have a Final Order of Deportation

The Department of Homeland
Security has started raids to deport
undocumented immigrants that entered
the United States fleeing violence in
Central America. The raids are directed
at adults and children that have been
ordered deported after 2014 by an
immigration judge. The Washington
Post quoted an anonymous official
stating that adults and children with
a final order of deportation will be
detained wherever they can be found
and immediately deported.

Undocumented immigrants from Central
America should regularly review the
immigration hotline to ensure that he or
she does not miss court. An immigration
judge can issue an order of deportation
if a person fails to attend court. It is also
important to maintain a correct address
with the court. An individual awaiting
court should call the immigration hotline
at 1-800-898-7180 to determine whether
a court date has been scheduled. A file
number referred to as an “A number” will
be required to obtain this information.
The A number is an 8 or 9 digit number
that can be found on any immigration
correspondence.
Individuals should make sure that
family members have their A number;
complete name; and date of birth in
order to contact ICE on the person’s
behalf. To locate a person that has

Detainee Locator.
As a final reminder if an individual has
been ordered deported after an asylum
hearing the order of deportation will be
signed by an immigration judge. Also,
ICE must have a warrant to search your
property in order to enter your home.
This is called a search warrant.
If you believe that your rights have been
violated or that you have a family member
that was not given an opportunity to
present his case to an immigration judge,
it is crucial that you immediately contact
an immigration attorney. An Emergency
Stay of Deportation can be filed and
the deportation can be stopped until
the immigration appeals court decide
whether your rights have been violated.

Walton Homeless Continuum of Care/
Opportunity, Inc. and earlier this year,

able to stay 45 days and families up to 90
days. During their time at OPPORTUNITY
PLACE, INC. residents receive housing,
nutritious meals, assistance with
budgeting, securing sustainable
employment, permanent housing and
childcare, are connected to community
resources, and much more.
The Board of Directors, staff and volunteers
are committed to helping women and
families achieve independence and selfsufficiency
because they believe every
woman, child and family has the innate
right to be safe and an opportunity to
succeed in life.

Económica y su Papel en la Lucha
Contra la Trata de Personas
La trata de personas es una forma
de esclavitud moderna que está
criminalizado bajo la ley federal y de la
Florida. Se define como el transporte,
solicitando, reclutamiento, la acogida,
proporcionando, o la obtención de otra
persona para el transporte; para los
fines de trabajo forzado, servidumbre
doméstica o explotación sexual usando
fuerza, fraude y/o coerción. Florida es
el tercer destino más popular para los
traficantes de personas en los Estados
Unidos. Como un estado agrícola, la
trata de personas en la mano de obra
para trabajar en nuestros campos ha
sido identificada como un problema de
muchos años. Ha ocurrido en nuestros
campos de tomate en Immokalee y
nuestros campos de papa en Palatka,
sólo por nombrar un par de casos. Sin
embargo, como una economía basada
en el turismo, la Florida también está
maduro para el tráfico de mano de obra
para trabajar en restaurantes, clubes
campestres y hoteles.
Debido a que el Departamento de
Oportunidad Económica (DEO, por sus
siglas en inglés) opera un programa de
difusión para los trabajadores agrícolas
migrantes y de temporada y está
involucrado con el proceso de revisión de
los programas de visas temporales H-2A
y H-2B, juega un papel importante en
la lucha contra la trata de personas. Los
programas de visas H-2 permiten a los
trabajadores extranjeros la oportunidad
de trabajar temporalmente en los
Estados Unidos realizando trabajos de
pocas habilidades. Por desgracia, estos
programas a veces son maltratados por
los empleadores que utilizan el programa
para traer a la gente bajo el falso pretexto
de un trabajo bien pagado y luego
obligarlos a realizar trabajos sin pago o
tráfico sexual.
Marisela Garcia, la Monitor Defensora
Mayor (Senior Monitor Advocate) de DEO,
es una defensora de los trabajadores
agrícolas migrantes y de temporada y
supervisa el programa de difusión estatal

vigila el sistema de quejas de los centros

and seasonal farmworker outreach
program and is involved with the review

H-2 visa programs allow foreign workers
the opportunity to work temporarily in
the United States performing low-skilled
jobs. Unfortunately, these programs are
sometimes abused by employers who
utilize the program to bring people
under the false pretense of a well-paying
job and then forcing them into unpaid
labor or sex trafficking.
Marisela Garcia, DEO’s Senior Monitor
Advocate, is an advocate for migrant
and seasonal farmworkers and oversees
the statewide Migrant and Seasonal
Farmworker outreach program. She
also provides oversight of Florida’s
CareerSource centers’ complaint system
for workers to file complaints against
their employers for abuse or violation

DEO Initiatives
DEO provides training to local
CareerSource staff to bring awareness on
human trafficking and on the indicators of
a possible victim. Ms. Garcia has provided
training in person and also created an
online training module for staff to view
from the comfort of their own office.
DEO migrant and seasonal farmworker
outreach staff have all received training
and materials to distribute during
outreach to farmworkers. Human
trafficking awareness posters are
provided to CareerSource staff to post in
centers and to employers, especially those
that participate in the H-2A Temporary
Agricultural Program to display in their
migrant labor housing. Ms. Garcia also
speaks on the issue of human trafficking
during outreach events and community
presentations that she is invited to.
Ms. Garcia represents the agency
at the Big Bend Coalition Against
Human Trafficking (BBCAHT) and the
Florida Human Trafficking Interagency
Workgroup. The BBCAHT covers much of
the Big Bend area of the state. Through
BBCAHT, DEO participated in Tally Fiesta
2015 at Kleman Plaza in downtown
Tallahassee and staffed an informational
booth. Information was distributed
to the public to bring awareness on
the issue of human trafficking. Other
members who participated were the
U.S. Attorney’s office, Florida Department
of Health, the Florida State University
Center for the Advancement of Human
Rights, Leon County Sheriff’s Office, and
Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
The Coalition will be hosting several
community awareness events during the
month of January to celebrate Human
Trafficking Awareness Month.

Mission presentarán la reconstrucción
dramática de una boda entre un español
y una indígena el 7 de febrero de 2016.
El novio español, Nicolás Méndes, y la
novia indígena, Juana Rodríguez de
la Encarnación, junto con familiares y
amigos, saldrán directamente del año
1703 para darle vida a esta unión con
discursos, escenas e interpretaciones
cuidadosamente investigadas y actuadas
con enérgico entusiasmo.
Canciones, música y bailes de la época
formarán parte de este evento que con
seguridad disfrutarán y al que podrán
unirse con todo el gusto.
Los actores lucirán trajes rigurosamente
históricos para brindarle autenticidad a
este romance intercultural, que realmente
tuvo lugar en la misión. Además de la
ceremonia de la boda, la audiencia podrá
disfrutar de la representación de dos
obras completas de un acto, que datan
de la misma época, traducidas al inglés y
salpicadas con extractos de las dos obras
originales en español: una farsa donde

determinantes al momento de conseguir
trabajo, pero un estudio señala que su
personalidad también puede influir no sólo
en que sea un candidato preferido sino en
el nivel de su salario.
Los tipos de personalidad a los que
mejor les pagan
La personalidad puede ser un resultado de
varios factores de su vida, su formación y su
cultura y en muchas ocasiones es algo difícil
de moldear o de modificar. Pero según el
sitio (Career Assessment) puede ser un factor
a su favor para conseguir que su salario sea
más alto que el de sus compañeros. En la
investigación que publicó esta web, se basa
en la prueba Myers Briggs, que relaciona
las preferencias de las personas y pueden

¡Feliz año nuevo!

El Año Nuevo ha
llegado. Esta es
la época del año
en que hacemos
las resoluciones de Año Nuevo para
mejorar ojalá nuestras vidas. Estas
resoluciones incluyen el ahorro de
dinero, tener más vacaciones, aumentar
nuestro ejercicio, estar en forma, dejar el
alcohol o el tabaco, y la pérdida de peso.
Esperamos más felicidad, alegría y salud.
Este es el momento en que hacemos
promesas para mejorar nuestras vidas.
Curiosamente, esta es la época del
año en aplicaciones a los gimnasios
aumentan 3-4 veces. Por lo tanto, es
un buen momento para hablar de la
obesidad y hacer planes para el nuevo
año.
La obesidad se ha más que duplicado
en este país en los últimos 35 años.
Más de un tercio de los adultos (34,9
por ciento) eran obesos a partir de
2011 a 2012. La obesidad conduce a
un aumento de las enfermedades del
corazón, derrames cerebrales, diabetes
tipo 2 y ciertos tipos de cáncer. Estas
enfermedades pueden ser prevenidas si
podemos reducir la obesidad.
43% de los hispanos son considerados
obesos. 26% de los niños hispanos son
considerados obesos. Estos números
son asombrosos.
¿Qué podemos hacer al respecto?
Haga su resolución del año
nuevo para bajar de peso y hacer
ejercicio.
La mayoría de las personas
con sobrepeso son debido
a la cantidad de calorías que
consumen. Las calorías que se
necesitan normalmente dependen
de sexo y cantidad de actividad que
participe. En promedio, los hombres
pueden llegar a funcionar con 2000
calorías y una mujer puede llegar
a funcionar con aproximadamente
1.500 calorías. Estas calorías deben
dividirse entre los 3- 6 comidas al
día. Estos números pueden variar
de nuevo para cada uno. Sin embargo,
dado que la mayoría de hombres y
mujeres en los EE.UU. tienen sobrepeso
o son obesos, muchos están comiendo
más calorías de las que necesitan.

Happy New Year. The New Year is upon us.
This is the time of year when we make New
Year’s resolutions to hopefully improve
our lives. These resolutions include saving
money, having more vacations, increasing
our exercise, getting fit, quitting alcohol or
tobacco, and losing weight. We hope for
more happiness, joy, and health.
This is the time, we make promises to
hopefully improve lives. Interestingly, this
is the time of year when gym memberships
increase 3-4 fold. Therefore, it is a good
time to discuss obesity and make plans for
the following year.
Obesity has more than doubled in this
country in the last 35 years. More than a
third of adults (34.9 percent) were obese as
of 2011 to 2012. Obesity leads to increased
heart disease, strokes, type 2 diabetes, and
certain types of cancer. These illnesses can
be preventable if we can reduce obesity.
43% of Hispanics are considered obese.
26% of Hispanic children are
considered
obese. These numbers are astounding.
What can we do about this? Make your
New Year resolution to lose weight and
exercise.
The majority of those overweight are that
way because of caloric intake. Calorie
requirement differ dependent on sex
and amount of activity you participate
in. On average men can get by with
2000 calories and a women can get by
with approximately 1500 calories. These
numbers again can vary for each. Selfreported
average energy intake of 2,640
calories for men and 1,785 calories per
day for women is within current USDA
recommendations. However, since the
majority of men and women in the U.S. are
overweight or obese, many are eating more
calories than they require. These calories
should be divided among the 3- 6 meals
a day. Unfortunately eating a hamburger
with fries and a soda can already account
for 1500 calories and that at one sitting!
To lose weight you must know how many
calories you are truly consuming each day.
Once you know the actual amount you are
consuming, reducing 500 calories every
day would equal to about one pound
of weight loss per week. Healthy
weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
There ar so many different diets it
would be impossible to discuss
each one. The important thing to
remember is that DIETS DO WORK!
However, they take time. There is no
quick fix. There are diets that make
you lose weight faster but these are
usually hard to maintain and may not
be healthy. Find a diet that works for
you that is well balanced. I recommend
the Mediterranean Diet Plan.

given out throughout the day courtesy
of Toys for Tots and our generous
Emerald Coast community.
On 19 December, the leadership and
supporters of United for a Good Cause
Inc., hosted the 11th Annual Emerald
Coast Christmas Miracle needy children’s
Fiesta. It was held at the beautiful
Striving for Perfection Ministries’ facilities.

his staff for the unmatched support and
tireless work to help us make this event
the great success it was!

la sana idea de sentarnos y sacar
conclusiones sobre el ano que ya paso.
Para algunas personas fue un ano de
buenas decisiones, victoria y llenos
de bendiciones, pero para otros fue
una temporada llena de pruebas y
desaciertos.
¿como comenzar el nuevo ciclo y dejar
atrás todo aquello que nos atraso e hiso
retroceder y poder alcanzar el éxito en
este 2016?
El Apóstol Pablo nos dejó estas palabras.
Filipenses 3:13 RVR1960
“Hermanos, yo mismo no pretendo
haberlo ya alcanzado; pero una cosa
hago: olvidando ciertamente lo que
queda atrás, y extendiéndome a lo
que está delante,”
Hace ya varios días que recibimos
el nuevo año, y es muy factible que
algunas de las resoluciones hechas en
Enero 1 ya no las hayamos cumplido, el
desanimo, ya ha tomado control, el afán
de este siglo continua su marcha y el
poco tiempo libre ha sido acaparado por
el cansancio.
Amigos, ni el mismo Apóstol Pablo se
sentía satisfecho con lo que había hecho
o logrado en esos instantes que escribió
esta carta. El no se aferro ni a los éxitos
como gran varón de Dios, ni se complico
la vida con los fracasos que pudo haber
tenido como un hombre pecador.
Pongamos atención a estas palabras de
aquel hombre que imito el ejemplo de
Cristo y renunció a lo temporal.

Si alguno piensa que tiene de qué confiar
en la carne, yo más: circuncidado al

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Successful leaders
know their purpose. You must first
know your personal purpose and then
make sure your business purpose is in
alignment with that. It is also important
that when you are leading others, you
help them discover and understand their
purpose. Once they share that with you,
you can make sure that everything you
ask them to do falls in alignment with
that purpose. Ex: If you are always asking
them to stay late and work overtime and
their purpose is to spend the most time
possible with their children/family, they
will not be happy and will leave you
to find a job that does fulfill their true
purpose. If their purpose is to make a
difference in the lives of others, you must
help them see how their job does that so
you have their buy-in.
As I said last month….YOUR PURPOSE IS
YOUR WHY. People are able to endure
almost any “what” or “who” challenges
when they have a solid understanding
and ownership of their “why” or “purpose”.
When you know your purpose, it
becomes the fuel that propels your
life. PURPOSE FUELS PASSION, POWER,
PRIORITIES AND PERSEVERANCE. Your
Purpose is fundamental to creating
new thought patterns, overcoming selflimiting
beliefs and replacing destructive
habits with habits that support you
becoming the best possible version of
YOU – physically, spiritually, emotionally,
financially and intellectually.
What makes you laugh, sing, and cry?
Passions are key to finding a sense of your
Life Purpose. Passion is a great energizer.
It provides energy for you to fulfill your
dreams. It gets you excited about your
life purpose and inspires confidence.
Think about what you will BE, DO, and
HAVE when your life or business is just
the way you pictured it.
Where you put your most attention to
is what is creating the results you are
having in your life. List 10 things you are
passionate about and circle your top five
passions. How much attention do you
pay to those five passions? John Maxwell

b. Get a clear picture of what gives you
a sense of purpose – Remember:

To program your mind for success -
write an affirmation to support your life
purpose. When writing an affirmation,
ask yourself these questions:
Is it a positive statement?
Is it stated in the present tense?
(I am statements)
Does it use few words?
(You don’t want to get too lengthy)
Are you repeating your affirmations
daily? (This helps the mind to adopt
the belief )
Now turn your LIFE affirmation into a
question beginning with: What is it
about me that will make me successful
in/at...(whatever your affirmation is).
Then write all the reasons that is to
be true. Then repeat this with your
BUSINESS.
NEXT MONTH: Now that you
understand and have your purpose
figured out, we will learn how to use that
to create your vision and goals. YOU
MUST HAVE YOUR PURPOSE FIRST OR
YOUR GOALS ARE MEANINGLESS.

status for undocumented immigrants,
while barely 15% would vote for a
candidate who is opposed to legalizing
the undocumented.
68% of the Hispanic voters interviewed
say that the fact that the candidate might
speak Spanish fluently will not influence
their vote, while barely 26% say that it
would. Nevertheless, the use of Spanish
will be useful for attracting the vote of
Hispanics who have a greater command
of Spanish than of English. Four out of
every 10 prefer candidates who are able
to speak to them in Spanish.

that a “clear majority of Hispanic voters
recognize the difference between
Trump and the Republican Party in
this controversy. 61 % say that Trump’s
derogatory comments represent only his
own views whereas 14 % say they also
represent the views of the Republican
Party.” Choose wisely!
To Democrats, Republicans and
Independents: Let’s force our leaders
to find a common sense solution to this
issue! Fight back against the likes of
Donald Trump and those that agree with
him, because there are human beings
behind those “numbers” and we must take

in. But do it with solutions that will make
