Advanced<br />

Workout<br />

Those individuals who have reached an advanced level<br />

should increase their workout durations. A typical<br />

advanced level workout should last for 20 minutes,<br />

<strong>and</strong> this workout routine should be carried out at least<br />

four to five times a week.<br />

Moreover, the workout sets should also increase in<br />

duration <strong>and</strong> repetitions. Each set should last at least 3<br />

minutes, <strong>and</strong> one should aim to complete <strong>more</strong> than 300<br />

repetitions in each set. You can easily complete 5 sets in<br />

a single workout by having a rest of 30 to 60 seconds<br />

between each set. If you want to increase the intensity of<br />

the workout, then it is recommended to take shorter rest<br />

periods as this allows the workout intensity to remain at<br />

a higher level.<br />
