world’s greatest game! There is no
better way to kick off your school
holidays!
Each day your child will be coached a different aspect of football through fun and
imaginative games. This will include: Shooting, Goalkeeping, Passing, Dribbling,
Attacking and Defending.

Activities
SCL are investing over £20,000 of funding to improve it’s
activities and equipment for the summer!
SCL’s Club Energy and Soccer Camps are the perfect way to
ensure your child enjoys their school holidays. Our action packed
days and fun filled activities for children aged 4-12 years are all
delivered within a safe and supervised environment.
Simply choose between individual days or a week at Club
Energy or Soccer Camp. Children will enjoy the days programme
in groups of similar ages where they can spend time with
existing friends and make new ones too.
Both courses are run separately but available at the same day at
all of our venues. Children cannot transfer between the two
activities on the same day but can alternate daily bookings.

The SCL team consists of male and female staff all of whom make it
their personal responsibility to make sure your child enjoys their
time with us during the holidays.

Trained in child protection awareness and procedures
Trained in Health & Safety, Behaviour management and SCL
programme delivery

Excellent Facilities
Each SCL venue has specifically been chosen to accommodate our
wide range of activities. All have large indoor and outdoor areas –
so the fun doesn’t stop for bad weather! All venues are registered
and inspected by OFSTED.
Swimming
Swimming – available Frensham Heights school only. SCL take the
use of the swimming pool very seriously. All children will be
supervised in the correct staffing ratios according to OFSTED
regulations. Qualified lifeguards are also present at all times.

Standard & Extended Day
Our Standard day runs from 10:00am to 16:00pm; however
we have the option of an extended day facility running from
08:30am – 17:30pm.
The extended day allows parents more flexibility with drop off
times between the hours of 08:30am – 10:00am and collection
times between the hours of 16.00pm – 17:30pm.
During the extended day children play quieter more relaxed
games and activities under the supervision of SCL staff.

Quality Assurance
SCL holiday courses are governed by specialist regulating
authorities to ensure childcare and coaching is of the
highest standard:
Club Energy is an Ofsted registered childcare
provider which means all of our sites have to
adhere to their thorough standards to ensure your
child is safe, happy and entertained during their
time with us.
Our soccer camps have obtained the FA charter
standard mark which ensures the delivery and
content of our courses are of the high standard
set by the Football Association.
What to bring
Packed lunch with ice pack – please ensure not to
pack nut products.
Snacks and non-fizzy drinks in a reusable bottle
or flask.
Comfortable clothing, appropriate to the weather
conditions.
Sun hat and sun cream.
Swimming costume, Armbands & Towel –
if applicable.
Children attending soccer camp should bring
trainers, football boots if they have them and wear
shin pads.

Childcare Vouchers
Working tax credits from the Inland revenue could be used to assist with
up to 70% of the total cost of your booking as SCL are a registered
childcare provider. To find out more contact the Inland Revenue Tax credit
office on 0845 300 3900.

SCL Cancellation and Refund Policy
SCL do not issue refunds for any reason. A credit note will only be issued
in the event of illness/injury subject to prior written notification. This must
be received at least 24hours before the commencement of the booking.
A medical certificate may be required.
Credit notes will be valid for the next two holiday periods after this time
the credit will expire with no exceptions.
Returned Payments
Payments returned by the bank are subject to bank charges. Bank charges
incurred by SCL resulting from returned payments for any reason, must be
paid in full by the customer in addition to the original booking fee.
SCL do not accept any liability for bank charges you may incur if a post dated
cheque is processed. Due to high volumes of payments received, the
responsibility rests firmly with the customer to ensure all payments are
valid at the time of booking.
