E&E Celebrates 65 th Anniversary<br />
with the Official Opening of their<br />
Warehouse & Logistics Centre<br />
ELECTRONICS & ENGINEERING PTE LTD<br />
(E&E) celebrated their 65th Anniversary<br />
in conjunction with the opening of a new<br />
Warehouse and Logistics Centre located<br />
at Tuas South in Singapore.<br />
Over 3,000 square metres of land space<br />
was acquired from Jurong Town Corporation<br />
(JTC) last year for the warehouse & logistics<br />
centre which was purpose-built from ground<br />
up. The two-storey building comprises four<br />
separate 7-metre high dehumidified cleanair<br />
warehouse spaces which are served by<br />
a 5-tonne capacity goods lift. The loading<br />
bay is equipped with dock levellers and<br />
can accommodate four container trucks.<br />
The building also houses E&E’s engineering<br />
workshop arm, Eng Kong Engineering<br />
Works, which is equipped with a 3-tonne<br />
travelling hoist. There are also two levels<br />
of office space and a multi-purpose area.<br />
