Do you have a child (3-13 years old) with an intellectual disability?<br />
Are you feeling overwhelmed and under stress?<br />
Northern Intellectual Disability Health and the University of Technology Sydney are inviting<br />
parents with a child with an intellectual disability, who are experiencing stress to attend one<br />
of two different 8-week support <strong>group</strong>s. Come along to:<br />

Examine ways of overcoming stress<br />
Develop skills and implement strategies to reduce stress and its impact on the family<br />
Improve the well-being of yourself and your family<br />
The <strong>group</strong>s will be run at Northern Intellectual Disability Health in Cremorne by provisionally<br />
registered Psychologists under supervision. There is no cost for attending this <strong>group</strong>.<br />
Groups will be evaluated by questionnaires completed by participants online weekly, and at<br />
the beginning and end of the study.<br />
