Director of A Cut Above Salon & Academy, Datin Winnie Loo, rang
in her 60th birthday with her family and friends in a Hollywood Glamthemed
party. About 200 guests were present at the party from family
members to local celebrities, making the birthday celebration a truly
star-studded affair. Amongst the familiar faces at the party included
Chui Ling, Malaysia’s famous TV and radio personality; Steve Wee,
Founder of Brand Yourself Agency; Crystal Lee, Malaysian actress and
winner of the Best Actress at the Shanghai International Film Festival;
and Dennis Lau, electric violinist and songwriter.
During her birthday celebration, Datin Winnie Loo revealed
the latest colour collections from A Cut Above, with models
showcasing the bold and vibrant designs from the salon through a
15-minute catwalk that captured the attention of everyone in the
room. “Besides celebrating my 60th birthday, I am also celebrating
my 40th year in the hair industry and I am happy to share this
milestone with you today,” said Datin Winnie.
