JADE GARDEN PLOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION
Election of Managing Committee Members of the Association for
the Term 2011-2013
Notice regarding election of Managing Committee:
1. The election is to be held on 09-01-2011 for the election of Management
Committee Members of the Jade garden Plot owners Association for the Term 2011 to
2013.
2. Nomination Papers in two sets in a sealed envelop may be delivered by the
candidate or by the proposer at the office of the Jade Garden Plot Owners Association,
No.1, Phase-II, Jade Garden Layout, Sadahalli Village Post, Devanahalli Taluk,
Bangalore – 562 110 between 11am and 3pm on any day (other than public holiday) not
later than Thursday the 30th December 2010.
3. Nomination papers may be obtained at Jade Garden Plot Owners Association
office, No.1, Phase - II, Jade Garden Layout, Sadahalli Village Post, Devanahalli Taluk,
Bangalore – 562 110
4. Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or his
proposer / seconder at Jade Garden Plot Owners Association office on or before 3pm on
the 1st
January 2011.
5. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at Jade Garden Plot Owners
Association office at 5.30pm on Sunday the 2nd
January 2011.
6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken up on Sunday
the 9th
January 2011 immediately after the meeting between the 4.00 pm and 5.00 pm.
7. The counting of votes will be taken up immediately after the voting and results
will be declared immediately after completing the counting.
