and has sold over 10 million square feet of retail properties. We possess the expertise and<br />

Brad specializes in the sale and sourcing of retail properties<br />

throughout the United States, with a specific focus on retail<br />

and commercial properties within the Dallas/Fort Worth<br />

metropolitan market. Brad’s product and market expertise,<br />

national relationships with brokers, institutional and private<br />

investors, and unsurpassed marketing programs result in his<br />

unique ability to create the highest level of value for his clients.<br />

He is President of the UNT Real Estate Alumni Association,<br />

member of the UNT FIREL Department Advisory Board, and<br />

was awarded the University’s “2003 Outstanding Alumnus in<br />

Real Estate.” Brad is a member of the International Council of<br />

Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).<br />

Trip, an accomplished real estate entrepreneur, specializes<br />

in investment sales and leasing with a focus on ground-up<br />

development opportunities. His previous experience both as<br />

owner of a retail business and as leasing broker for prominent<br />

retailers provides him with a unique insight into the retail real<br />

estate environment. He is the recipient of Costar’s “Power Broker”<br />

award for multiple years.<br />

Trip has negotiated transactions with national, regional, and local<br />

tenants, including Walmart, McDonalds, 7-Eleven, McAlister’s Deli,<br />

Dressbarn, Versona, Aeropostale, Yum! Brands, and First Financial<br />

Bank. He has represented major institutional clients, regional<br />

development firms, and private investors.<br />
