8 March Women's Day celebration<br />

8 March International Women's day is celebrated in all our<br />

plants where all the female employees received purple<br />

Hyacinths showing meaning of this day.<br />

in fiükrü Saraço¤lu<br />

Stadium, on<br />

16.04.2011. On our<br />

way to ‹stanbul, we<br />

were very excited, we sang our team march. Everything was<br />

perfect. Game score made us very proud. Fenerbahçe took<br />

the game on 4th minute of extension line. Fenerbahçe was<br />

challenging to become champion with its rival team<br />

Trabzonspor and after this game there were only 4 weeks to<br />

go. This challenge made team fans more excited. But fair<br />

play is very important. Everyone has right to support their<br />

teams, but they should respect the others too. We will keep<br />

on attending in these games and we wish good luck <strong>for</strong> all<br />

New year party<br />

2011 is welcomed with our traditional gift basket lottery in<br />

our plants and celebrated with great joy.<br />

On december 30, 2010, we gathered at Aslanlar Club to<br />

celebrate new year. Our general manager Mr. Hakan<br />

Burucu shared his new year wishes through his speech<br />

and the night continued with new year gift lottery. New<br />

year party started with cocktail reception and ended on the<br />

dancefloor with participation of all our colleagues.<br />

program, our<br />

target <strong>for</strong> this year<br />

is to raise the bar<br />

to team chiefs<br />

level and to enable<br />

them to learn<br />

theoretical and<br />

sistematic approach of Quality Improvement Studies that<br />

they are already practising with their teams or other<br />

groups. For this purpose, TM/DOSAB plant team leaders<br />

participated ISO/TS 16969 Quality System Workshop and<br />

FMEA workshop that is a system to prevent defects be<strong>for</strong>e<br />

their <strong>for</strong>mation. These workshops are animated by Hakan<br />

Ersavafltı. Then fiükran Öksüzler gave 5S education,<br />

Our participants are expected to effectuate all their new<br />

knowledge into their lives. Our educational program will<br />

embrace all our coworkers and continue to spread new<br />

educational approaches within continuous improvement.
