ADMIN<strong>IS</strong>TRATIVE FINDINGS<br />
� Not all commands are submitting a cumulative Arrive Alive Issuance Log<br />
file on a monthly basis.<br />
� Command designated POC’s are not conducting a thorough and complete<br />
turn-over prior to transferring, thus, causing a lack of accountability on the<br />
cards distributed to the command.<br />
� Commands are not notifying NRSW Safety Office when the command<br />
designated POC has changed or a turn-over has been conducted.<br />
� Command designated POC’s are not ensuring that Arrive Alive cards are<br />
turned in prior to service members transfer/separation from the <strong>Navy</strong>.
