Jeremy Snape is a respected sports<br />
psychologist. He has worked with a<br />
number of high profile teams as well as<br />
running his own company Sporting Edge.<br />
Jon Lewis left the game in 2014 and<br />
completed his ECB level 4 coaching<br />
qualifications; he has since forged<br />
a career in coaching and is now the<br />
Sussex bowling coach.<br />
Mike Cawdron went on to become<br />
a mathematics teacher and is also<br />
the master in charge of rackets at<br />
Haileybury School.<br />
Dominic Hewson suffered some ill<br />
health after leaving the game and was<br />
supported by the PCA to overcome<br />
this. He has since run Float Seating,<br />
a company, specialising in selling<br />
large beanbags.<br />
Matt WindowS was always a player<br />
that used his winters to good effect,<br />
he successfully went on to become<br />
an investment manager and private<br />
banker at Barclays Wealth.<br />
Mike Smith is now a solicitor,<br />
specialising in employment law with<br />
