Trudi Gower is a licensed Real Estate Agent who has<br />
worked in the industry for 10 years. She first moved<br />
to Cairns in 1992 and has a sound knowledge and<br />

Trudi has extensive experience in property<br />
management and residential sales in mid and high<br />
end markets with sales ranging from $260,000 to<br />
$2.3 million. Trudi has established strong social links<br />
with the local community with her three children<br />
enrolled in a local school. Many times a buyer has<br />
been met on the kids sports field sidelines or in a<br />
café with Trudi successfully matching them to one of<br />
her listings.<br />

<strong>Paul</strong> Conway was originally from Brisbane but first<br />
moved to Cairns in 1986. He completed 18 years<br />
with the Queensland Government where he was<br />
responsible for completing complex intelligence<br />
research projects and investigations on topics<br />
such as “the extent of organised crime”, “outlaw<br />
motorcycle gang issues” and “top ten most wanted<br />
escapees”. He was commended for this work and<br />
medalled for diligent and ethical behaviour. He<br />
also spent time in New Zealand where he grew a<br />
private investigation firm from 4 to 24 investigators<br />
in two years. He went on to complete a law degree,<br />
with Honours, in two years and maintains a legal<br />
practitioner’s certificate with experience in family<br />
law matters.<br />
<strong>Paul</strong>’s experience in study, public and private<br />
employment and legal matters has taught him how<br />
to withstand the rigours of time pressured jobs and<br />
still achieve an outstanding result. <strong>Paul</strong> is extremely<br />
organised as only a person who does a four year<br />
degree in two years can be. He can complete<br />
multiple high level thinking tasks at once, has<br />
exceptional negotiation skills, having talked people<br />
off high buildings to doing deals worth millions,<br />
while also priding himself on treating everyone with<br />
respect and courtesy. He thinks there is nothing<br />
worse than handing over your hard earned income<br />
to someone who does not do what they promised,<br />
when that thing is as simple as keeping you<br />

PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE<br />
The entrance is a prospective buyer’s first impression<br />
of your home. So let’s impress! Mow the lawns,<br />
straighten the letter box, weed the garden and wipe<br />
over the front door and the door step.<br />
A general tidy up and declutter can work wonders.<br />
Wipe over dusty surfaces and have the linen press<br />
looking neat and tidy. Pack away any unwanted and<br />
unused items to give the home a more spacious feel.<br />
Less is more!<br />
Shampoo the carpets. You may be surprised at how<br />
much more life they have after a good cleaning. The<br />
brighter everything is the better for selling. You will<br />
be rewarded!<br />

Open the windows before an open home. The<br />
brighter and fresher the rooms are the better, so<br />
always leave the blinds and curtains open. Clean<br />
