PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE<br />
The entrance is a prospective buyer’s first impression<br />
of your home. So let’s impress! Mow the lawns,<br />
straighten the letter box, weed the garden and wipe<br />
over the front door and the door step.<br />
A general tidy up and declutter can work wonders.<br />
Wipe over dusty surfaces and have the linen press<br />
looking neat and tidy. Pack away any unwanted and<br />
unused items to give the home a more spacious feel.<br />
Less is more!<br />
Shampoo the carpets. You may be surprised at how<br />
much more life they have after a good cleaning. The<br />
brighter everything is the better for selling. You will<br />
be rewarded!<br />
