Using chiseled harrow tines, the Conditioner breaks up clumped and packed footings. The second step is performed simultaneously by the leveling blade which follows the tines and smooths the surface to make a neat and even footing. Blade has an adjustable pitch feature. Tilt blade all the way forward to help tighten up your footing surface.
