Victoria Foundation strives to improve Newark neighborhoods as the primary
location where children and families live, work, play and attend school.
NDUA Goals and Priorities
• Newark residents empowered to address complex challenges in their
neighborhoods, such as public safety, in partnership with local organizations
and city government.
• Access for Newark residents to living wage jobs with career advancement
opportunities.
• Strong and effective neighborhood-based organizations that help families
access affordable housing, job training and placement, education, and
social supports.
• Effective grassroots and agency leaders committed to a great future for
the city of Newark.
