Victoria Foundation seeks to improve the lives of Newark’s<br />
vulnerable children and their families through access to high quality<br />
youth development programs, as well as efforts to stabilize fragile<br />
families.<br />

• All Newark children have access to exemplary youthdevelopment<br />
programs, summer camp experiences, and high<br />
quality sequential arts education.<br />
• Safety-net service agencies are well prepared to help fragile<br />
