The Kea10 is a very compact vehicle location and tracking device suitable for the<br />

management of motor vehicle fleets and the security of transported goods.<br />

The locator, installed on a motor vehicle, calculates its position, memorises it and<br />

sends the data via a GPRS link to the KeWBase control centre software.<br />

The Kea10 also monitors the data on its inputs and outputs, the speed, the<br />

direction of travel, the distance travelled and the battery voltage. By using<br />

the special accessories the Kea10 can be adapted to various installation<br />

requirements, for example, the gathering of data related to the trailer hook- up,<br />

the driver’s identity or the load bay temperature.<br />

The device implements all the functionalities necessary to cover various user<br />

requirements such as out-of-area (geo-fencing), route control, way-points and<br />

speed, allowing a high degree of customisation. Through numerous parameters<br />

the user can optimise the behaviour of the device and minimise connection costs,<br />

even during foreign roaming.<br />

KeP12<br />

PERSONAL LOCATOR<br />

The KeP12 is a personal tracking device that allows the user to communicate<br />

his position and request assistance when necessary. The personal locator<br />

determines the position of the user, memorises it and sends it across a GPRS<br />

link to the KeWBase control centre software. The KeP12 allows voice calls to<br />

pre-defined numbers, also with earphone and hands-free. The device can report<br />

accidental falls or anomalous movements of the person.<br />

The device implements all the functionalities necessary to implement various<br />

user requirements such as out-of-area (geo-fencing), route control,<br />

way-points and speed, allowing a high degree of customisation. Through<br />

numerous parameters the user can optimise the behaviour of the device and<br />

KeWBase is the control centre software that provides communication<br />

with the vehicle locator Kea10, the personal locator KeP12 and the<br />

industrial modem Kem10.<br />

The KeWBase software is composed of a group of software functionalities<br />

that allow communication with the remote devices Kea10, KeP12 and<br />

Kem10 and storge of the collected data in a database; these data are<br />

available either on a local network or remotely via web.<br />

The well-documented functionalities and interfaces of KeWBase permit<br />

easy and fast integration with existing fleet management software.<br />
