KEY AREA:<br />
THE MAIN ENTRANCE<br />
The main entrance is the reception area, leading<br />
to Kendall Hall and the SLT / LRC corridors.<br />
Reception is the area where visitors to the<br />
academy sign in and out. (<strong>Student</strong>s sign in at<br />
student services and out at reception if going to<br />
an appointment during the day). Before the<br />
entrance you can see a war memorial dedicated<br />
to former students who died in the First and<br />
Second World War.<br />
KEY AREA:<br />
SLT (SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM) CORRIDOR<br />
This corridor is where the Principal, Vice principals,<br />
Assistant Principals and the Finance Office is. Here,<br />
you can get praise for special occasions such as,<br />
this year the Y7 football team went as they won the<br />
league playoff final and had drinks and biscuits<br />
with the principal. As it is where important meetings<br />
take place, only year 11-13 students can go<br />
through the corridor during the school day, unless<br />
you have a meeting with a member of staff or need<br />
to go to the finance office before registration or at<br />
break e.g. to pay for a school trip.
