Kick-off:<br />

1.1. First day: go over the launch plan with your <strong>in</strong>tern.<br />

1.2. First day: <strong>in</strong>struct your <strong>in</strong>tern on all the permissions they need to acquire.<br />

1.3. Interns will attend scheduled tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g sessions.<br />

1.4. Make sure a weekly 1:1 meet<strong>in</strong>g gets scheduled with your <strong>in</strong>tern<br />

Mid-<strong>in</strong>ternship check po<strong>in</strong>t:<br />

1.5. You will solidify a project proposal with your <strong>in</strong>tern for their f<strong>in</strong>al presentation. They will submit<br />

this to the Program Management team for f<strong>in</strong>al approval.<br />

1.6. Have a midway review with your <strong>in</strong>tern to go over their performance aga<strong>in</strong>st the Company<br />

goals.<br />

1.7. Around the midway po<strong>in</strong>t, your <strong>in</strong>tern should be more efficient with metrics, more accurate with<br />

the results they provide and beg<strong>in</strong> to take on more responsibility and project work (as applicable<br />

to the team).<br />

1.8. Interns should f<strong>in</strong>alize their project plan, obta<strong>in</strong> your approval and submit their proposals to the<br />

PM team.<br />

F<strong>in</strong>al <strong>in</strong>ternship check po<strong>in</strong>t:<br />

1.9. F<strong>in</strong>al presentations will occur.<br />

1.10. You will receive an <strong>in</strong>vitation to attend a hir<strong>in</strong>g meet<strong>in</strong>g to discuss your <strong>in</strong>tern.<br />

1.11. Your <strong>in</strong>tern will be prepar<strong>in</strong>g documentation for key processes and deliverables.<br />

1.12. You will beg<strong>in</strong> to have your <strong>in</strong>tern transition responsibilities to new owner or <strong>in</strong>com<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>tern.<br />

End of <strong>Internship</strong>: Term<strong>in</strong>ations<br />

1.13. Recruit<strong>in</strong>g manages the term<strong>in</strong>ation process – please be sure the recruit<strong>in</strong>g team knows<br />

when your <strong>in</strong>tern will be exit<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

1.14. All <strong>in</strong>terns will receive an <strong>in</strong>vitation from the HR team to return their assets on their last day.<br />

Interns are responsible for return<strong>in</strong>g their equipment and any company-owned equipment or<br />

material at this time.<br />

1.15. As the manager, you will be required to give your <strong>in</strong>tern a f<strong>in</strong>al review to discuss their<br />

strengths and areas of development. HR will schedule an exit <strong>in</strong>terview on the <strong>in</strong>tern’s last day<br />

where the hir<strong>in</strong>g decision will be delivered.
