INTERNSHIP ON-BOARDING AND PROCESS<br />
Here are highlights of our <strong>in</strong>tern onboard<strong>in</strong>g process:<br />
• Day 1:<br />
– New Hire Orientation (same orientation as all new hires).<br />
– Team-specific onboard<strong>in</strong>g:<br />
• Week 1:<br />
– Intern Orientation<br />
– Intern Welcome D<strong>in</strong>ner<br />
• Week 2 – 3:<br />
– Basic tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g Excel, SQL, Cognos, Essbase, and Excel Model<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
– Ongo<strong>in</strong>g support throughout the <strong>in</strong>ternship:<br />
– Intern Buddy program (each Intern has a Buddy)<br />
• Weekly 1:1 with manager<br />
– Mid-term review with managers<br />
– F<strong>in</strong>al review with managers<br />
– Monthly brown bags where the Program Management team br<strong>in</strong>gs <strong>in</strong> guest<br />
speakers. These are meant to expose <strong>in</strong>terns to various bus<strong>in</strong>esses and f<strong>in</strong>ance<br />
leaders.<br />
– Monthly meet<strong>in</strong>g with Mentors. Interns are assigned a mentor and the <strong>in</strong>tern owns<br />
schedul<strong>in</strong>g meet<strong>in</strong>gs with their mentor outside of the monthly meet<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />
