<strong>NUDE</strong>: Let’s get this out of the way...explain the name “sotest hard."<br />
Sotest: Sotest Hard explains my personality and music. I'm sweet and have a sot side but<br />
I'm all around not to be messed with. As for music, I incorporate synthesizing chill melodies<br />
and I always have a hard bass to make your speakers bleed.<br />
<strong>NUDE</strong>: Tell us three things not everyone knows about you.<br />
Sotest: I was born in a little city called Burlington in Vermont, I have an OCD where I need<br />
all doors to be closed, and I played lacrosse throughout high school.<br />
<strong>NUDE</strong>: What’s the vibe you want people to feel when they hear your music?<br />
Sotest: I make feel-good music. I want people to listen to a song or a mix and feel the same<br />
emotions I felt while making them. I like knowing people can relate and I could possibly<br />
help make them happier just through music.<br />
<strong>NUDE</strong>: Did you always want to pursue a career in music?<br />
Sotest: Pursuing a career in music happened naturally. I wanted to become a veterinarian,<br />
or work with animals, but music has always been my outlet - something I did and worked on<br />
every minute that I had free. I am glad I put all that time and work in, because being a fulltime<br />
DJ and making music for a living is everything I ever wanted.<br />
<strong>NUDE</strong>: What’s the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you while on stage?<br />
Sotest: I accidentally pushed the wrong thing, it stopped and restarted the song<br />
completely...I had to play it of like I meant to do it. Lesson learned - BE MORE CAREFUL.<br />
<strong>NUDE</strong>: You get to tour with anyone in the world (living or dead), who would it be?<br />
Sotest: I would love to do a tour with my buddy Skrillex. I love the people who come out to<br />
the OWSLA shows. The vibes are exactly what I aim for. People love to dance and they are<br />
carefree, not just standing around trying to look cool. Plus, I've had my share of hanging<br />
with Skrillex before and ater shows and it's all just an amazing movie. Maybe one day.<br />
<strong>NUDE</strong>: If you wanted your fans to know you by only one thing, what would it be?<br />
Sotest: I call myself Panda already and it kind of stuck with me. I've received many Panda<br />
gits from fans too - it's sweet.<br />
